All service requests, installations, or product orders constitute an offer. We reserve the right to accept or decline any request. Orders are not confirmed until accepted and payment is processed. Cancellation may not be possible once service scheduling or installation has begun.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers agree to provide accurate billing information. Recurring services, if applicable, will be billed according to agreed terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

SECTION 5 - INSTALLATION & SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Clients are responsible for ensuring their space is suitable for installation. Lesenté & Co. is not liable for pre-existing electrical, HVAC, or structural issues. Installation outcomes may vary depending on environment conditions.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external conditions.

All branding, content, designs, fragrance concepts, and materials belong to Lesenté & Co. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
