At Lesenté & Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

Diffuser (Machine) Return Policy
Diffusers purchased online may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase or receipt, whichever is later, under the following conditions:

The diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved diffuser returns.

No refunds will be issued for used diffusers (machines).

Subscription fragrance oils and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are:

Subscriptions may be canceled anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
